Grainger plc is preparing for a change in technology platform, moving from a site-based, single-vendor solution to a cloud-based, multi-vendor solution. This includes many integrations and applications, one of which is MRI Platform X, combined with an adaptation of the core ERP platform.

AJB Consulting have supported Grainger in preparing to deploy the new suite of modules, helping with solution design, development and testing; and additionally data-migration and project-management where agreed.

The working relationship has been most favourable helping with preparation for go-live and beyond, effectively operating as an extension to our own project team.

Mark Development, Inc. worked closely with Kathy Hagen and the AJB Consulting team for implementation and training on the MRI Financials platform. Kathy was a marvelous person to work with during our transition. We benefited greatly from Kathy’s knowledge of the BostonPost management platform and accounting practices in the affordable housing space.

I do not know how we would have integrated our entire portfolio of 5,555 apartment/condo units to MRI without the expertise of Kathy Hagen and AJB Consulting. Kathy worked diligently to ensure that I was trained proficiently in the property management software. In turn, I was able to successfully assimilate all 32 apartment communities to MRI. Kathy also gave me the knowledge and tools needed to train approximately 75 employees on the property management software. This was no easy feat as I had no prior knowledge of MRI’s products. Kathy rose to the challenge and I am truly grateful to her and AJB Consulting for all their hard work and dedication. They made our transition to MRI seamless and enjoyable.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with AJB Consulting. Laurie and everyone we have worked with have been easy to talk to, knowledgeable, helpful and fast. In or about 2016 our Residential Property Management Company was facing the end of support for an out of date Yardi accounting software system. We were forced into making an upgrade decision. I had worked with AJ Beedie at a previous employer and knew he was the right man to lead the conversion.

I would like to express my opinion on the competency of the individuals involved of the AJB Company. Everything was backtested, and, after months of careful planning and testing, the newest version of Yardi was rolled out over a weekend with careful integration and coordination with internal individuals. Over time, AJB Consulting built an interface with the Yardi Affordable Housing module to establish compliance best practices. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results.
