I do not know how we would have integrated our entire portfolio of 5,555 apartment/condo units to MRI without the expertise of Kathy Hagen and AJB Consulting. Kathy worked diligently to ensure that I was trained proficiently in the property management software. In turn, I was able to successfully assimilate all 32 apartment communities to MRI. Kathy also gave me the knowledge and tools needed to train approximately 75 employees on the property management software. This was no easy feat as I had no prior knowledge of MRI’s products.
